sometimes you need a change. I know I do. I have to remind myself about intentionally getting out of the box.

whether it be with…

your job
school
exercise
routines

whatever it might be, those things eventually get boring.
you have to change it up.

the same goes with your goals.

your goals have to be compelling, or you won’t try to achieve them.
eventually you won’t look at them and will forget that they are even there.

what ways have you found to change your routine up to make it exciting once again?

  1. I usually try to get lunch/hangout with super casual friends or people I don’t feel entirely comfortable around. It helps me to remember that I should view myself as a servant of Christ, not just a mere consumer.

  2. Lately, it’s just me going out of my way to connect with people I haven’t seen in awhile. Reestablish friendships by calling an old friend or getting together for lunch/supper. It’s funny how something little like that can not only rejuvenate you, but encourage them too.
