hug, kiss, fistbump or a handshake

first of all, i’m not the conversation starter in the room.
wish i was.

sometimes.

but, when we do get around to meeting-

i am definitely not a hugger. if we meet for the first time maybe we will side hug. maybe.
i will never do that cheek kiss thing. only the fancy folks do that.
fistbumps are for 40-somethings trying to be hip. yep, i just said that.

the handshake. that’s my style…

what’s your greeting style?

hug, kiss, fistbump or a handshake

I’m a handshake sort of person. I will judge you if you are a guy and give me a girly handshake.

First off… I’ve never fist-bumped anyone! I like a nice firm handshake upon meeting someone for the first time. Hugs are great for family, friends, and close acquaintances. A kiss is for those that inhabit my heart.

if I feel like we’re close from Twitter or something, you get a hug. otherwise, I’m totally a fistbumper unless it’s a professional setting, then ’tis the handshake.

bleh. Our church is notorious for the side-hug!
It’s usually a handshake for me, unless we’re close or have known each other for years. Then you get a hug. 🙂
