You need peace.

You need sanity.

You need clarity.

You need self-confidence.

But my question to you is, how do you see yourself?

Do you believe you have worth? Do you believe you are someone who has something valuable to offer? Are you happy with yourself? Are you tired of always doing and never just being still?

Until your answer is “yes” to all of those questions, you’ll be looking for peace, sanity, clarity, and self-confidence for a very long time. The easiest way to build all of these is to focus on all the positive things you have going for you, instead of all the negative things.

Personally, I receive more positive emails than I do negative ones, but I can still tend to focus on the few that sting. Most of these emails have been constructive, however, and have actually helped me change things for the better in many instances. I should be thanking these people, really.

We all have things that we need to change, but there’s also strengths that we can choose to focus on instead. That’s how you change your mindset to positivity, rather than negativity.

Everything begins with how you see yourself. You have so much to offer. It’s time to lead in life.
