You have identified the problem and now you are ready to fix it. However, your significant other doesn’t think it needs fixing.

Learn to shut everything off. I used to feel that I had to know everything the minute that it happened, so I would be on my phone all day and checking email constantly. I had to learn that things will be there later and to only do that at certain predetermined times in the day. Love the video. Have heard about it from other people and this made me take a look. AdamKSmith Great idea….I struggle with being available, or checking every single thing that happens. We need to be present with whom or what we are with at the time.

LOL! That is funny! But it is soooooo true. LOL!
It is is NEVER really about the nail. It is about the emotions, the beliefs, attachments, fears, and the action readiness associated with the “nail”. Unless those are addressed, people will resent any attempt at nail removal.
