Being passionate changes your outlook on life. When you find passion, it makes it easier to complete the task at hand. It makes you more confident because you can talk about what you are passionate about without any hesitation. You know who you are and what you’re about by heart. It’s part of what drives you and makes you who you are.
So, here are the 3 main reasons to find what you are passionate about right now…
1. You won’t become your very best self until you become passionate.
When looking for that thing you are passionate about, a good place to start is with what excites you. What moves you? What do you feel compelled to do? Remember that your passion is your passion and nobody else’s. You are the only person in this world who can be passionate for you. When you go after passion, watch and see just how much things will change for the better.
2. You will be a happier person.
There’s a difference between a person who knows where they are headed and one that doesn’t. Don’t get me wrong, there’s a beauty within the journey, but you are a happier person when you have clear direction. Outside circumstances can play into our emotions sometimes, and happy people want to be around other happy people. When you are who you want to attract, happiness abounds.
3. Your passion will influence others.
Have you ever been around someone else who is passionate for what they are doing? It’s contagious. You can be the same way. Being passionate about something should be on your radar as you face life day in and day out. Listen to your head and your heart and let life guide you to being passionate for life once again. Everyone wants and needs to be passionate about something.

I haven’t. I guess I should check it out. Thanks for the recommendation.

Fascinating to read this after I just read an article that called the “follow your passion” career advice “dead wrong”! I felt so strongly that THAT assessment is “dead wrong” that I wrote my own blog post on it, and we’ll do a podcast on it soon. Might use your ideas above, but only if I credit you. ;~>
Cool. Thanks for reading… and yes that sounds like bogus advice.
