I love Drew Dudley’s view on leadership.

He believes that leadership is not a characteristic reserved for the extraordinary and he works to help people discover the leader within themselves.

In this video he says that we have all changed someone’s life — usually without even realizing it. Through this short clip, Drew calls on all of us to celebrate leadership as the everyday act of improving each other’s lives.

  1. Truly a great story. It has been said that leadership is influence. It does not matter how many we influence. God has given a sphere of influence to everybody. Just being a great steward of what we can do is more than enough.
