I am busy. You are busy. I have been thinking lately of what I can delegate to other people, so I can lessen my workload. I’m asking myself, “Adam, what are the things only you can do?” Yes, when I talk to myself I include my name. The difficult part seems to be knowing what I need to keep and what I can delegate to others. Right now my iPhone is the thing that keeps me in the right place at the right time.

What are some things in your life that you could delegate to other people? How do you stay organized right now?

  1. I signed up with a company called Fancy Hands. For $30 a month they will do 15 things for you. Book a flight, research a name or number, arrange to have your dry cleaning picked up. Anything that a second party can do. It is wonderful…

  2. As a fairly functional “dinosaur” I stay organized using a planner and tickler file. I find comfort in turning pages and reviewing what has transpired and what is to be accomplished.
