All of us probably have some sort of goal for 2011. Whatever it may be, you can either celebrate when you reach that achievement, or you may not celebrate it at all. Not taking time to celebrate big achievements is definitely one of my struggles. Once I reach a goal, it’s on to the next one for bigger and better things. I know that I’m not the only one out there like this.

I get impatient. I get excited. I get bored. I need that next challenge and it is time to move on. So, just as a reminder, celebrate your accomplishments in 2011. Reward yourself and others for behaviors that you want repeated.

How will you celebrate your next big achievement?
