Have you ever found yourself in a rut? Of course you have. Whether it be with your job, with relationships, with your church, with chasing your dream, you have probably found a time where things just weren’t EXCITING anymore. They are now just ok. Things have become stagnant and you’re looking for that something to get things moving in the right direction again.
The push that you need can usually be found in changing things up a little bit. Doing something out of the normal routine. Chances are that you have been living a little on the safe side and you may just need to take a leap of faith.
With your job… You may just need to go for that new job or job promotion.
With your spouse… You may just need to be more intentional with your relationship.
With your church… You may just need to volunteer time or share that idea you’ve been holding in.
With your dream… You may just need to believe that it’s possible and go for it.
Whatever it may be, there are times that you need to put more effort in. the effect from coasting on small things will eventually run out. Get out of your safety zone. Know where you need to put some work in and then execute. Even if you have a plan, with no action, it won’t go anywhere.
