We must remember that our role as leaders is to present information in a way that makes people want to change and to care for people, but forcing people to change is out of our hands. Change is a choice made by the recipient. When you realize this, instead of always feeling the need to persuade people, extending kindness as a reaction to situations becomes the best possible answer.

Extend kindness everywhere you go and see what a difference it makes.
