You achieve greatness all the time. I know you do, but don’t move onto the next thing too quickly.
Take time to celebrate, no matter how small you think that those great things are.
I don’t care how you do it.
Jump up and down.
Go out to dinner.
Buy something to commemorate the event.
Call your friends and family.
This is so important because most of us can get wrapped up in what we have going on right now and we end up moving onto the next thing in five seconds.
Pause.
Take note of how you got there and what it feels like to achieve that milestone. The longer you spend in that moment, the greater that achievement will feel. These are the things that will motivate you to repeat greatness again. Find what helps you to become better and keep doing it.
So, tell us…
What is a recent accomplishment of yours that we can all celebrate?

Hey Adam,
Great post mate! We should definitely celebrate all our achievements. Well, I’m quite happy with three recent achievements:
01 – Finally started my own blog.
02 – Shot a video for the first time ever (it looks terrible, but now I have something to work with).
03 – Recorded my first audio ever (also needs improvement).
While they’re not groundbreaking news to anyone, it was a huge step to me. And that is all that matters at the moment, shipping!
Have an awesome Friday!
Rod
