People who complain are usually all talk, and no action.

Of course, this isn’t always true. Some of the best complainers are also the biggest contributors. And if this is the case, then complain away in a constructive way. If it isn’t you who can make a change, then go to people who can make the necessary changes.

In the end, if you’re going to complain, at the very least you should come up with a realistic solution. You can also take action and do something about it, too. Because until then, the rest of us won’t take your complaints seriously.
