Colorado

My favorite place in Colorado used to be Aspen, but after spending the day in Breckenridge on Tuesday, I think we have found our new favorite place in Colorado. Breckenridge just feels right.

Ever been to Colorado? What’s your favorite place in Colorado and why?

I actually grew up in Colorado. Steamboat Springs. What an amazing place to grow up! I loved it! I intensely miss it! Though I love Breckenridge, and it is more convenient for people to get to, much closer to Denver. Hands down, my favorite place is Steamboat!

I have never been actually. However it is on my list of places to go, specifically Denver & Pueblo. I have an old friend that lives there that I’d love to see.

I enjoy spending time at my father-in-law’s in Conifer, heading to the Foxtend River or the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs. So much to love there.

Conifer and Evergreen. So small you blink and you’ll miss them. The drive to Evergreen and 285 from CO Springs through Pike National Forest is nice.

Colorado native….Telluride has always been a favorite, as have Estes Park and Ouray. We’ve since moved West, but still love CO.

Lived in Colorado Springs for a while and loved the area! My husband and I would hop in the truck and drive around for hours, visiting old mines, exploring grand vistas, and just reveling in the beauty. When we made our first exploration I remember asking Adam if he thought God had the most awesome time creating the area – all the brilliant colors and stark beauty wrapped in one package. Colorado is simply incredible!

Echo you with Breckenridge. When we lived in Colorado Springs we loved going up there. Now, whenever we go back to visit, we make the effort. Celebrated our anniversary there this summer.

Torn between Denver & The Springs. Although my parents had a cabin in Cuchara for a number of years and that area is awesome in the summer & winter. I don’t really have a why. Each spot holds different activities & fun. And good food.
