Christmas is full of alot of things, one of those things being traditions. Two of our Christmas traditions are pajamas for Christmas and the Christmas Eve communion service. Christmas just doesn’t feel quite right without these two traditions.
What are some of your Christmas traditions?

It's so weird that I saw this just after I tweeted one of ours – Lunch at Chinese restaurant. lol Another is going for a drive to nowhere with the family. We've already done both today.
When I was a single mom and my older two kids were younger, I would get a hotel room for me and the kids on Christmas day, even if it was just in town, and we'd pretend for one day that we were rich visitors passing through. We'd jump on the bed, make a mess of the room on purpose, go see a movie and sometimes hang out at the indoor pool, then a nice dinner somewhere. I miss those days.

We do the pajama thing with the boys and we go to Candlelight Service on Christmas Eve. When I was growing up we were allowed one gift that we could choose from what was under the tree already. I kinda evolved that into the pajama gift since I'm a procrastinator and do most of my wrapping on Christmas Eve after they are in bed.

Waffle House for Dinner on Christmas Eve, Homemade rolls and Twice baked potatoes for Christmas Lunch. We started the pajama tradition last year, as well are our conglama-feast on new years day. This years menu consisted of Fried Pickles, Lettuce Wraps, Crab Rangoons, Greens, Sliced Potatoes, Strawberries, and Shrimp Cocktail….
It was good!
