Yep, that picture is Atlanta. Looks like it rained quite a bit there. Right now I’m sitting in Macon, GA thinking “Man, I’m sure glad I got out of Atlanta.” Well, the rain just started pouring hard here. The lights have flickered twice and I’m hoping we don’t lose power. But the last time power went out, we lit some candles and played Apples to Apples.

So, do you- read a book, write, play cards, talk, play guitar…What do you do when the power goes out?

  1. you should see my neighborhood. and my school. its basically atlantis.

i usually dont have much to do when the power goes out (and always flashlights, never candles. i dont like fire. bad experience…haha.) but we took a trip to the bahamas that my parents bought at an auction, which turned out to be the worst trip ever because our house lost power the whole time, (which also meant no running water..) so the first night it was out my sister, my brother and i put on our ipod speakers and danced to songs. it got pretty crazy. and it was a workout because there was also no AC.
