Sometimes we need a fresh perspective. This is where we have to let someone in that is outside of our circle. I don’t know about you, but I get advice, mentoring and book suggestions from the same people. I’ve been doing that for a while now. And while this might not be a bad idea to have one person be your mentor forever, sometimes we have to ask ourselves, “Am I listening, following, watching or surrounding myself with the right people?” Because everyone is following someone or something, right?
So, just a question for you to think about…
“Do the relationships you have right now help you get where you want or are they holding you back?”
