Lately I’ve been listening to the audiobook “Traveler’s Gift” by Andy Andrews. It’s a great story with an awesome message. Here is the entire story in one sentence –
“Life is made up of many choices that decide your total outcome.”
I didn’t really want to hear this. There are many parts of my life where I ask God, “Why?” When I run out of stuff to blame in my own life, I like to point the finger. Maybe you know what I’m talking about here? In most cases, we are where we are because of the many different choices that we have made along the way. The most difficult part is that at some point we have to take responsibility for those actions.

I loved "The Traveler's Gift". You should read the Andy's most recent book, "The Noticer". It's very good also.

Yep, we are responsible for our choices but thankfully God is the God of second chances. 🙂

I loved both "Traveler's Gift" and "The Noticer". I even journaled about reading TG and went back and re-read "The Noticer" and journaled about that one too. Re-read my scribblings about what I learned frequently.

This is a great book! I have read it several times, have owned it several times, have given it away several times…
