There are quite a few people that I would consider great leaders. They all have different leadership styles, too. Some are introverts and some are extroverts. Some of them take charge and some of them let their team handle everything. They all have different qualities about them, but I have noticed one thing that they all have in common….

Great leaders give away their secrets.

This one thing shows that great leaders want others to succeed.

As a leader, giving away your secrets…

develops others.

gives people more confidence.

grows your followers as individuals.

makes the environment a better place to be in.

promotes sharing with others.

makes yourself a better teacher.

develops listening.

and

ensures excellence.
