Sydney Finkelstein has published twenty books, is considered a thought leader by many, is the Steven Roth Professor of Management and Faculty Director at the Tuck School of Business and the Center for Leadership at Dartmouth College, and is a wealth of knowledge. So, of course, I wanted to have him on the show to hear his point of view.
