I have been thinking quite a bit about this certain idea lately. Someone gave me the challenge to have a goal that I personally could not complete in my lifetime. This of course would have to be something huge and something that would impact following generations. Yes, I want to leave a legacy. No, I’m not talking about the lyrics to Nichole Nordeman’s song, Legacy. That huge goal might be to start an orphanage, a foundation, a boy’s ranch, or whatever else there is…

What’s one huge goal that you have? It might even make you feel funny to say it out loud. That’s when you know it’s good.

  1. One huge goal I have is to help start a business that is run solely by people in an impoverished area/country. It would be a way for them to work and provide a unique item to the public. The item people are buying from this business isn’t just the item thought, they are buying into the story of redemption and restoration.

  2. I want to work in an orphanage in Africa then start a place where homeless/unemployed people can come and we can help them get a job and provide dress clothes and provide daycare for their kids. Strange?
My 2010 goal was to do better in college but that’s not happening and I am beyond lost and scared.
