“Burn out” is a scary thing. Everyone experiences it at some point in life. We just want a quick, magical answer to fix things in life. In my experience I would say that the issue lies deeper than your job, surroundings or surface things.

When you are only looking out for yourself, happiness is impossible to reach. When life becomes about impacting those people around you, life finds more meaning. Most people need to know that they make an impact and the only way to find that is to make a difference in someone else’s life.

Have you ever dealt with “burn out”?

What advice would you give to someone going through “burn out”?
