Yesterday we talked about writing down your personal mission statement or intentions down, so that you can see them everyday. But, what about when it comes to putting the work in? The truth is that most people have some idea of what success means to them, they just aren’t willing to put the work in.

When making goals, we know that they don’t just automatically happen. We have to create new daily routines to help us become a well-rounded person. It is a daily process. As January is already coming to a close, this year is going to fly by just like any other. If you haven’t started thinking about the year ahead of us yet and can only think about getting through another week, I would encourage you to start thinking about goals setting now.
