Trying to be perfect all the time can be exhausting. That’s why great results amount to the things you do most of the time. That’s why diets which offer “cheat days” are the only diets that most people choose to stick with, that’s why people miss some days going to the gym, that’s why people need days off of work, that’s why 90% is still considered to be an “A”, that’s why perfection isn’t achievable, and that’s why mistakes are teachable moments.
