I am going to sound like my two-year old, but “Why?”
In those times of not knowing how you are going to get through your time of struggle, the “why” will carry you through.
That’s why.

Why do I write on leadership and the other topics that I write about?
Because I am passionate about these topics and we all have different passions for a reason.
Because God has called us all to be leaders in our families and our communities and His Biblical principles work when they are put into place.
Because I need it. When I write it is for me more than anyone else.
Because sometimes when I write, I have no idea how those words ended up on the page.
These are the reasons behind the reasons.
Do I always feel like it? Not every time.
Do I need it? I need it more than it needs me.
In whatever you do the “why” is more important than the “how”. The “how” comes naturally after the “why”. Remember that.
You will find a way to succeed once you believe in the reason for succeeding. Take the time to think about that before the next time you take on something big.
You need to know the why more than you think.
