Worry is not your friend. Tell me, what has worrying done for you? I am guessing not much. This is because God gives enough grace for each day. Worrying days, weeks or months beforehand will help nothing. Feel free to plan things out, but don’t worry.

If your response to, “How are you doing?” is always “Busy”, then it might be time to reevaluate your schedule. It is a good idea to talk about the ideal schedule with your spouse to see where they are at with the pace you are going at. There is such thing as being too busy. Here are three things to think about as you are going through life and committing to new, exciting things.
Most people will teach you to not look at the past at all, but in some cases it can be a good thing. The past is meant for encouragement and insight through teachable moments, not for beating yourself up. If you are doing that, please stop. It will not help you or anyone else. Use your journey as a learning tool, a stepping stone, a gift, a testimony or an encouraging word to someone else. However you want to look at it, whatever you have learned through your beginnings is a positive thing.
